Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

I was skeptical when I bought this, but it really helps me cut trays and trays of onions. You don't need to use a lot of force or spend a long time preparing for a meal. I love it!

I have a garden and bought this so we could chop up our veggies quickly and easily. After the first use, I can say it's a great product and I think it will last for years. We have used it to chop up green bell peppers and onions, and it worked very well for both.

So I’ve had this item for a little bit over 2 weeks I think, long enough for me to get a chance to dice a variety of veggies. I already diced potatoes, onion, Serrano peppers, and tomatoes and I’m very very happy with how fast and easy it has made my life!
