Return Policy:
Products purchased on www.hatmeo.com must be returned by mail. Items must be returned to the address specified by our customer service department within 30 days of the delivery date. Requests must be submitted by the customer at customer@hatmeo.com and approved by our customer service department. No return labels will be provided and the customer will be required to email the tracking number and shipping label to our customer service department. We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if products are returned to an address that is not approved by us without permission. Corporate gifts must be returned to the Hatmeo.com address.
Please note that no refunds will be given for returns beyond 30 days.
Exchanges: Customers are responsible for return shipping and a $9.99 re-shipping fee; once we receive the returned item, we will arrange for a new package to be shipped. Returned items must meet the following requirements to be accepted for exchange.
Returns: The address on the package is only the address of the last processing center, not the return address.
Please contact our customer service at customer@hatmeo.com before returning an item.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs; we will refund customers after receiving the product (minus the $9.99 shipping fee paid at the time of shipment, including free shipping products). Products must meet the following requirements to be accepted for refund.
If there are damaged, missing, wrong shipments, etc., please contact customer service and provide clear pictures. After verification, if it is the merchant's fault, we will arrange for a new product to be shipped free of charge.
Return requirements: All products must be kept in their original condition and must be affixed with original tags. Worn, used, modified, washed or damaged products will not be accepted. (Please note that for the hygiene and safety of other customers, no returns or exchanges are provided for any underwear sold on this website. If there is a quality problem with the product itself, please contact our customer service staff. We will send you a new package or refund you.)
Refund processing:
After we receive and inspect the product and confirm that the product meets the return conditions, we will process all returns in the order in which the return is received. Refunds will be processed within 5 business days and the refund will be transferred to your original credit card or payment method. The original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
