Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

I sprained my ankle pretty bad, and this is just what I have needed to help with the swelling. I light that it provides some compression, and it isn't bulky. It hold very cold for 20-30 minutes. What I like the most is the fact is it doesn't get wet like ice packs, and it covers the entire foot and ankle, unlike gel packs.

Bought these for after my 1/2 marathon. Ended up using them every night after a day at Disney. I have since purchased them for all of my friends when they tell me they are going to a theme park.

This is a good product if you have foot soreness, injury or end of the day swelling. I have found that you might need two items to get the full effect of reducing pain or swelling. One does not appear to be enough for the full effect of cold therapy. Soft, fit well, easy to clean with a nice freezer storage bag for each item.

Yes yes and yes! Highly recommend. Especially if you’re pregnancy and swollen. Was very pregnant in the summer and my feet and ankles were hurting and swollen. These weee amazing at night to use before bed.

It's very comfortable and flexible, and is great for icing the whole ankle. It warms to near room temperature in 5-10 minutes, but you can wrap it in a towel to keep it cooler a bit longer.
