Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
Exchange: Customers should bear the return shipping fees themselves; we will re-send products to customers once we receive the products. Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund.

Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive your refund. Allow up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund. The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be reimbursed.

I recently saw these on a girls video who’s in law school. I just started law school and wanted to try them. I swear they work! Within 10 minutes I’m already in the zone. Highly recommend!

I am not one to normally buy into this stuff but I had been having such horrible sleep issues for a very long time I was willing to try anything.
I have to say they ABSOLUTELY WORK. It took a few tries for me to figure it all out but here is what works for me. I place a patch one 1 hour before I go to bed. I place the patch on the top of my foot, alternating the foot each night.
I have found I go to sleep a little faster but I absolutely sleep through the night much better. Before the patch I would take hours to fall asleep then wake up every 45 minutes to an hour. It would take me 45 minutes or more to go back to sleep then the horrible cycle started all over again.
Now, I fall asleep within 20 to 30 minutes and sleep all night long. Sometimes I wake up one time to get a glass of water but I go right back to sleep. My mind does not wander and keep me awake when I wear a patch.
I thought I was exhausted a few nights so I didn’t use a patch, figured I would save it for another night. Bad idea as I slept like 💩! Now I won’t go to bed without a patch.
If you have sleep issues, give this product a try. It worked for me and I believe it will work for you. What do you have to loose.

I love these patches. I hate when I run out b/c I notice a difference. I hate swallowing pills because they all upset my stomach. All oral supplements and oral pills usually upset my stomach. The only thing I don't like about these is the PRICE! I have to use 2 patches at a time to see noticeable difference. Love them, just wish they were cheaper. I don't use the other brands b/c they other brands don't stick. Put them inside your wrist where there are lots of veins!

I purchased this product as a substitute for another well-known melatonin patch that I feel is exorbitantly priced. I was pleasantly surprised that everything about this package was perfect - the graphics on the box, the adorable moon and cloud patterns on the patches themselves, and the package inserts were all very aesthetically pleasing. As a mom of a toddler, the other brand's patches stressed me out because they were mostly clear stickers, and were not easy to spot if one of the cats decided to pull one out of the trash and chew on it. These stickers are much easier to see.These work about as well as the other brand I was using worked. The only downside is a slight increase in residual adhesive on my skin after removal. They are by far more comfortable to wear than the other brand, and do not tug and pinch at my skin as much. I am happy to say that my first attempt to find a more cost effective alternative sleep patch was a success and I will be buying more of these.
