Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

Perfect for a desk. I freeze working at a Bank and this I'd PERFECT. If I tip it over, it shuts off which is awesome! The color is vibrant. Great price too! 100% recommend!packaging was great and no scratches. Everything is wonderful!

The first one I bought lasted 3.5 year of close to daily use at my work. Half the heating element finally stopped working, so I bought this one. For the price and the heat it puts out for its size. I will be very happy if it lasts me another few years!

This is hands down the best little desk or corner heater you can have. I had one of these and ran it 24/7 for about 5 years straight before it finally gave out, worth every penny and you'll definitely get your money's worth out of it!

I bought this heater to use in my classroom under my desk. It works great, and does exactly what I bought it for. After warning up my feet, its size makes it easy to put away when not in use, or tuck away in my school bag to take with me. It has a safety mechanism on the bottom that automatically turns it off if knocked over. I do wish it had an automatic shut off after running for a certain amount of time because I accidentally left it on during a weekend. I would buy it again, and highly recommend.

Even though I live in Hawaii where it's warm most of the time, my husband loves to have our home chilly. We keep it at 68 degrees. So, needless to say, I would be freezing many mornings sitting at my desk. UNTIL I found this gem!! I purchased this and I can now stay warm even in my chilly house. It has a nice safety feature that if it was to tip over, it would turn off. I would've loved a "timer" feature where I can set it and know that within an hour or two, I would have to reset it to keep running. This way, I couldn't accidentally leave it on all day (which I've done and it's scary to think what could've happened). Also, "temperature control" in the rating was a 3 because the heater is either on or off. There's no setting to adjust the temperature. BUT, for the price I paid, this was a great investment in my comfort!! VERY HAPPY with it!!
