Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

These scissors are very durable and a great tool for trimming your toenails. The handle is very comfortable and ergonomic for holding the scissors. There was a bit of a learning curve using them in place of traditional scissors, especially since there were no instructions showing how to create spring-like tension with the scissor handles, but once I figured out how to use them, I was able to trim my toenails while doing it and it was a breeze! It's sharp and precise, with a curved nipper that follows the arc of my toenail without cutting into living skin (although the toenail is so large, it could easily get washed away and cut off too much).

They are very sturdy. You can tell it's high quality and well made. It's very ergonomic and very comfortable to hold. Plus, it has an angle so you can trim your toes or nails with ease. I even noticed how precise the cutting was when I used it to trim my delicate toenail nails and cuticles. I wish there was a smaller version that I could use on my kids and my nails. These scissors can cut through the thickest toenails and the most delicate cuticles!
