Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
Exchange: Customers should bear the return shipping fees themselves; we will re-send products to customers once we receive the products. Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund.

I absolutely love these ghost pillow covers. The ghosts are super soft and fuzzy, and the overall design is great for Halloween. The size of the covers are just as expected and fit an 18x18" pillow perfectly. There is a discreet zipper along the bottom seam where the pillow is inserted. I can't get over how cute these are!

The perfect boho chic Halloween pillow cases you didn’t know you needed! I am loving how well they are made. Super soft, cute detail, perfect size. I used these pillow cases to replace the ones that came with my couch so I already had the pillows and these worked out perfectly!

This 2 pack of 18x18 ghost pillow case are a perfect addition to Halloween decor. The pillow case are nice and soft and the ghosts are adorable. I didn't realize the design is only on one side of the pillow case. The other side is a solid white. When I went back and looked you could only see that if you watched the video. The zipper is at the bottom of the pillow case and is well hidden. Can't wait to put them out in the fall!

I have a large collection of ghost themed things, so I had to grab these pillow cases. They are even cuter in person. I can't believe how great they are. The lil ghosties are soft and fluffy, and the cases just look really amazing in person. Cannot recommend these enough!
