Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
Exchange: Customers should bear the return shipping fees themselves; we will re-send products to customers once we receive the products. Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund.

I would recommend this for anyone that struggles to sharpen their own drill bits. I have tested it for months and it works great. I am a Millwright and understand the process of proper drill sharpening. This tool works for standard use drill bits. It doesn't offer the options of a professional machine but does the trick for basic sharpening, and is great for small bits (1/8-1/2")

Once you get the knack (by watching the vdeo), it isabsolutelymamazing. Does a great job every time. Imwould highly recommend it. Somnice to have sharp drills again without having to constantly buy new ones!😂😂😂👍👍👍

I love this product. After using the original version of this product before it wore down it is great to have a much newer and improved version. The original version required using a drill to run it and the grinding wheel was sandpaper. So nice to have an electric cord and grinding stone instead! Make sure and follow the instructions. I made the mistake of placing the drill too far out of the chuck and ground down the top of the bit.

After finding out how bad I was at sharpening by hand I built this little station for sharpening drills. It works great, holds consistent angles making the job much easier. Drills cut like butter after using this thing. Might even purchase another for the other side of the bench grinder.

This model is improved and even easier to use. The setup and sharpening works so well. If you have bits and want them sharp, this is THE way to go. Well worth the price and the delivery and condition of the unit was excellent. Thanks!
