Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

fit is great warmth very warm and I'm in Michigan and my only Con on it would be that the chin strap is a buckle versus a snap which would probably be easier but overall it's a good items and I would buy it

excellent cold weather accessory. Used what miner's called a skull cap when growing up and in much colder temperatures than we have now day's and this is much similar only of thicker material than the skull caps of bygone day's. Love it.

Bought this to wear biking to work in the winter because hoods restricted my ability to turn my head for visibility. We have mostly dry winters - so can't vouch for snow but was great at protecting from wind at freezing and below. was definitely water resistant against light snow/rain. Large enough to fit over thick hair and even a bun. For extra protection I doubled up with a tight beanie on the coldest days. Probably too big if you don't have a lot of hair or have a smaller head.
Stitching held up all through winter with daily use. Stayed tight through a 30 minute commute way better than a knit cap.
Based on appearance of the fabric, I didn't machine wash - just hand washed in the sink and air dried. Kept it's shape and still looks new minus a little flattening of the faux fur.
