Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

I bought it for my husband. It is light, not very warm. The cut is as expected, suitable for various occasions. The overall durability seems to be of good quality. I bought it in a darker color, the material is prone to dust and hair, a little shiny gives a shiny look. It requires constant cleaning from dust.

However, the reality of the coat far exceeded my expectations. It is physically light to wear, but extremely tight in the wind. I have received many compliments on how it looks. It is buttery soft, looks and feels like a swoosh, but is machine washable.

Nice and warm, my wife says she “approves” of the styling. I was excited to see this coat because I saw it in a retro style and I was not disappointed. Every part of this coat is well constructed, sewn and quality materials are used. If I didn’t know better I would have guessed it would cost over $100. Fits true to size. I love this coat!!
