Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
Exchange: Customers should bear the return shipping fees themselves; we will re-send products to customers once we receive the products. Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund.

All items must be in original condition with original tags attached. Merchandise that has been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted.
Once we receive the items and inspect them you will receive your refund. Allow up to 5 business days after receipt in our warehouse to process the refund. The refund will be applied to your original credit card or payment method. Original shipping and handling charges cannot be reimbursed.
Please note that refunds are not offered for merchandise returned after the 30-day period.

Highly recommend this product for home, backyard BBQs and cars. Reasonably priced, shipped quickly, and although I haven't used it yet, I feel safer with it. A spokesperson who recommended it for home use commented that it was very easy to use.

This brings great peace of mind to mom. I have ours hanging on a nice looking hook next to the stove next to the fridge. I haven't pulled it down yet but it looks like it would be super handy to have in an emergency

I have never used this but have seen commercials for it. I have two boys at home, ages 3 and 1, who are constantly running around and throwing things. I wanted to buy this in case there is a fire while I am cooking. I hang it next to the kitchen in the stairwell that leads to the basement and it gives me peace of mind. I even bought one for my parents and they are happy to have it too!

Excellent product, very happy with it. I hope I never have to use it, but after testing it out (pulling it out and putting it back in), I found it very simple to use. It's very sturdy and looks really nice in the kitchen. Definitely better than a fire extinguisher! Highly recommended, and I also recommend getting the Prepared Hero fire blanket hooks that come in a 2 pack.
