Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
Exchange: Customers should bear the return shipping fees themselves; we will re-send products to customers once we receive the products. Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund.

I just got this fan today. Set up was really fast & easy. It's very nice & sleek looking. I also really like how it has different speeds & even at the highest speed the noise isn't super loud. It just sounds like white noise. It does blow fresh air, better than my ceiling fan. Definitely helps circulate existing air in an area and doesn't take up a lot of space at all.

The fan is well made, easy to assemble with helpful instructions. It is easy to and cools the area very well. The speeds, especially one and two are very quiet. I use it during tv viewing. The remote is great! It has a timer also if you need it to automatically turn off. Great investment for hot, humid days. Makes A/C more efficient.

There isn't too much to say I guess. It moves air from Point A to Point B. It does a good job of moving air and it is pretty quiet. It fits about anywhere. This is the 2nd one we've had, the 1st one holds up well.

I live in an older apartment and the window units are so loud so I bought this fan to help. I personally love it! Itis super quiet so it doesn get in the way of your sleep. I like that it has different power settings. Super easy to set up and easy to move from room to room. It also pretty / aesthetically pleasing. Works great. Highly recommend.

I like this. I live in a small home with A/C and ceiling fans so this fits my needs. It doesn't take up a lot of space, it is pretty quiet, it moves enough air around that I am more comfortable leaving my A/C on a higher setting, it looks nice, and seems to have good functionality.
