Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.

I bought this for my younger brother, who stays in New York. When I tell you it's nothing but good stuff, I mean it! It warms his room in under 10 minutes and shuts off as if it's central air in the home, so there's no need to worry about starting any fires with it being on too long. It even comes with a remote, so you don’t need to get up to turn it off. May I add, you wouldn’t even be able to tell that you are in a New York winter with the warmth it provides. Definitely a ten out of ten recommend for those of you who live in colder states—be warm and comfortable at a good price. Plus, it comes with a remote; who can beat that?

Her room is like an ice box so I purchased this last night and received it early this morning. Plugged it in right away and it heats up her room fast. Overall we love it. So worth it for the price.
