Returns & Exchanges
Eligible returns of products purchased on www.hatmeo.com should be made by mail. Items must be returned in accordance with the requirements outlined below, within 30 days from the date of delivery to a specified address which our customer service will provide. Customers need to apply through (customer@hatmeo.com ) and get consent by our customer serivice. We will NOT provide any return label, and customers need to send the tracking number to our customer service by email. If customers return products to an address without our permission, we have rights to refuse the returns or refund. Corporate gifts must be returned exclusively to www.hatmeo.com.
Please return merchandise in its original box if possible and include the provided return slip with returns instructions. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charge, We are experiencing operational delays as a result of Covid-19; please allow extra time for processing of your return. All returns are being processed in the order in which they were received.
Exchange: Customers should bear the return shipping fees themselves; we will re-send products to customers once we receive the products. Returned merchandise must meet the below requirements in order to be accepted for a refund.

I have always had back pain and every time I move furniture it is a battle. Since I got the smart furniture lift, moving heavy objects is no longer a nightmare for me. It allows me to move sofas and beds easily without bending over, which really frees my waist!

What surprised me the most was that it can not only be used to move furniture, but we also often use it to adjust the position of furniture after moving. For example, the big coffee table at home is always too low. I like to raise it to facilitate family gatherings, and lower it when watching TV, which is very convenient.
